Coach Application

Dear Coach:

Thank you for your interest in LowCostLifeCoaching.com. The fee to be listed on the website is $149 USD a year. 

Before you complete your application, please click here to read the terms and conditions of your listing.

To complete your listing, please pay $149 via PayPal (you can use any major credit card)

Once you have completed payment, please send the following to info@lowcostlifecoaching.com:

1) a clear, sharp focus, well lit digital photo in jpg format. Ideally, your photo will have no distracting background and be sized to 150 pixels wide by 175 pixels tall. Please attach your photo separately to your email (i.e. do not paste it into a Word document)

2) the three life coaching categories you wish to be listed in.

3) A bio based on the template below. Minor variations are okay; however, please try to keep it the same length.
